Farrell Realty Advisors (FRA) is a full service real estate valuation and advisory firm with offices in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio/Austin Texas. The company was founded in 2007 by Greg A. Farrell, MAI, SRA, MRICS. The firm's primary focus is providing valuation and consultation services for both commercial and residential real estate throughout Texas and the United States to a variety of clients including individuals, governmental agencies, investors, developers, banks and financial institutions. FRA offers superior appraisal services for a wide spectrum of property types including but not limited to multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hotel/motel, self storage facilities and healthcare/senior housing facilities. Our appraisal services provide detailed analysis, diligent research and information and are delivered in a timely fashion. Typical uses are financing (Conventional and HUD), refinancing, 1031 exchanges, estate tax planning, litigation support and eminent domain/condemnation. Although Texas based, we travel frequently, as we have extensive experience with HUD financing.
