Farset Labs

Farset Labs provides a community hub for creativity, technological innovation and entrepreneurship in Belfast City Centre for local professionals, students and interested hobbyists. It takes the form of a ‘makerspace’, a space where people can come together and collaborate to solve theoretical and physical problems, with brainpower and equipment which, individually, is impractical to achieve. The aim of Farset Labs is to fill a void in the Northern Ireland technology sector, where innovation is very limited, rarely encouraged and almost never funded. There are hundreds of similar organisations around the world, with many in the UK and several in the Republic of Ireland, but none in Northern Ireland.
