Cultural communication among nations shall not be performed only by learning the languages. The mission of transmitting and teaching languages is the core of the human communication process. Moreover, spreading peace and tolerance as well as introducing the other nations’ cultures is a human duty. The perspective of establishing the Eloquence and Development Institute in Nizwa has emerged taking into consideration the cultural, historical and geographical dimensions of this Willaya. The Institute focuses on teaching Arabic as a second language as well as courses in the other international languages such as the English, French, Chinese and Japanese languages, and organising development courses in the administrative, planning, technological and human resources fields of knowledge.
