Faside Stud was established in 2006 with the purchase of four top quality broodmares to use for breeding high quality sports horses. We combine the excellent bloodlines of our mares with some of the finest stallions in Europe to produce offspring that have the potential to go to the top in their discipline. By breeding the best to the best, Faside Stud hope to produce horses who are sound, athletic and trainable. Temperament and conformation are the top priorities in our breeding programme. Every foal is well handled consistently from birth. The stud has a purpose built yard within Fa'side Estate. Each stable is large enough to comfortably accommodate a mare and growing foal. The yard also has CCTV both inside the stables and externally for both security and monitoring the horses. Some of our stables have heat lamps and the yard has purpose built stocks.
