FAST Fundamentals is a new program that specializes in private, semi-private and small & large group instruction that focuses on overall athletic development for children 5-13 years old. FAST Fundamentals provides children with the opportunity to receive personalized motor skill development, sport-specific movement instruction and athletic performance training in a fun and positive setting that their parents choose. Whether it’s in the comfort of their own home, backyard, or a local park, our team of experienced coaches will customize a program specifically geared to maximize physical and athletic potential. Servicing all of New York City and select towns in Long Island, our customized training programs are designed to meet a wide range of ages, abilities and performance goals.
