Our Story Fastening Solutions Ltd (FSL) is a privately owned company that was formed in by James Green and Cliff Hall in Auckland. Current shareholders also include Craig Tapling. The South Island Branch was established in 2005 and the Suzhou Branch was established in 2012. Fastening Solutions serves many well known manufacturers in New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, North America, Europe and Asia. We are a passionate company that is focused on customer service and technical expertise. What can we do for you? Fastening Solutions is a manufacturer of cold forged products and distributor of a wide range of fasteners, access hardware, and other components.
