Fastrack Institute is a non-profit organization achieving social impact through injection of knowledge and technology to enable cities to adapt to and capitalize on rapid technological change alongside rapid urban population growth. Our mission is to inspire, educate and empower cities and their citizens to find cutting edge, scalable ways to solve critical urban challenges 10X faster and cheaper than previously thought possible. Based on the methodology from the book,"Exponential Organizations", intractable and complex problems are addressed by taking participants and stakeholders through “layers” – the institute’s unique approach – to design, build and most importantly, implement solutions for the future.
