Fauvea' founders were always forward-thinkers. By merging technologies that, until then, evolved into different universes, the founders of Fauvea have always looked beyond the horizon In 1996 the bursting of the World Wide Web, considered at the time by some as "a fad to disappear within six months," motivated the partners to begin a web design business. In they were already exploring VR by offering a virtual tour of their studios. In 2006, they created Kenzan to offer high value-added displays for large accounts. Kenzan's holographic display cases were soon becoming leaders in the high-end market all over the world. In 2015 already, they sought innovative solutions for the television series Téo & Léonie by combining traditional animation techniques with those of the most spectacular video games. This bet on "real-time," qualitative animation made them, on the one hand, very flexible and competitive in the usually heavy workflows of animation, and on the other hand, put them in the shortlist of production companies able to provide relevant "VR Ready" content. This know-how was an instant success among animation professionals (Annecy 2015), computer graphics community (SIGGRAPH 2015, Best Immersive Experience) and VR specialists (Best Film VR Summit Los Angeles 2016). VR Awards, Summer 2018: Fauvea stays on the forefront of VR content by having been shortlisted, alongside eight other heavyweight VR companies, as one of the most relevant Out-of-Home VR Experience provider.
