Favina

Favina is a company that specialises in the Construction and Energy sector in Albania. Favina has been involved in the designing, planning and construction of several hydroelectric plants in Albania- HPP Vithkuq built in 2005 with an installed output of 2.7 MW and with an annual production of 13 million kVh- HPP Qarr & Kaltanj with an installed output of 1 MW and annual production of 5 million kVh- HPP Kamenice which is under construction, has an installed output of 0.8 MW and estimated annual production of 2.4 million kVh- HPP Osoje, also under construction, with an installed output of 1.9 MW and estimated annual production of 10 million kVh. These plants have been constructed in partnership with European companies such as Austrian company Koessler, part of the Voith Hydro Austria which has supplied the turbines, while the French company Leroy-Somer has assisted in supplying the generators. Other focuses of Favina Group include - excavation and processing of stone, rock, aggregates and so on - the production and processing of concrete - construction of residential properties in Korce and Tirana
