As the international platform of FAW, FAWIEC has an expansive business scope covering: overseas marketing on self-owned products and parts, technology transfer, cooperative production, import of complete vehicles and parts, implementation of technology introduction, procurement of international equipment as well as international and domestic tenders for mechanical and electrical products. Through more than 30 years of development, FAWIEC has established business connections in more than 70 countries, with complete vehicles export to 48 countries. Overseas subsidiaries have been established in South Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East and other regions, with overseas assembly and production bases in 14 countries including South Africa, Pakistan, Russia and Mexico. KD export exceeded 60% of the total, which is well above industry average. By the end of 2017, FAWIEC had exported complete vehicles accumulatively, and achieved an total import-export value of more than 60 billion US dollars.
