Skills are backed up with ICF ACC accreditation; post graduate qualifications from CMI, ILM and CIPD; a Business Degree; qualifications in NLP and Life Coaching. Fay has also spent a large amount of time working with continuous and performance improvement models (as an accredited adviser). These models are formulated from best business practice and the principles can be applied to any business. And in addition, Fay has run her own business for 3 years and so has the practical know-how.
