Fayston Preparatory School

Fayston Preparatory School is a global leader in AI-integrated education, STEM innovation, and responsible governance. Founded in 2010 in Yongin, South Korea, and accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA-CESS), Fayston blends academic excellence with AI-enhanced instruction—preparing students for elite universities and global leadership in AI, education, and policy. Fayston was selected as a Founding School in the Responsible AI in Learning Initiative, launched by MSA-CESS to help define K–12 readiness standards for AI worldwide. In 2025, Fayston became the first and only K–12 school worldwide officially recognized by the OECD under the G7 Hiroshima AI Process—a global initiative for AI ethics, transparency, and institutional accountability. Its AI Governance Framework was published on the OECD alongside reports from Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic, establishing Fayston as a global reference point for responsible AI adoption in education. Fayston also became the first K–12 institution admitted to the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Telecommunication Union–supported Coalition for Sustainable AI, advancing sustainability within global AI governance. That same year, Fayston’s middle school achieved significant reading growth through AI-informed instruction, faculty coaching, and targeted supports—earning the Top International School Award in the Vocabulary Bowl. In 2024, 90% of Fayston graduates were admitted to Top 30 global universities, affirming the school’s strength in AI-enhanced college readiness and elite international admissions. Previously, in 2023, Fayston ranked #1 in South Korea and #29 globally in the Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest and received the AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award after increasing female enrollment by 50% and improving average scores by 88%. As a global STEM leader, high school students consistently perform in the gifted percentile on U.S-normed math assessments.
