Faze Three Limited

Faze Three Limited was incorporated on 9th January 1985 as a private limited company in the name of Faze Three Exports Private Limited. The Company was promoted by Mr. Ajay Brijlal Anand. On 15th September 1994, it was converted into a public limited Company and the name was changed to Faze Three Exports Limited. Further, on 6th March 2003, its name was again change to its current Name i.e. Faze Three Limited. The shares of the Company are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and exports of home textiles, cotton handlooms, furnishings fabrics and made ups.
