Fbk Balkan

FBK Balkan is a non‑profit football club founded in 1962 in Malmö. Our home ground is Kirsebergs IP, where we run activities for children, youth, and senior players. With strong community engagement and an inclusive culture, FBK Balkan has become an important part of Malmö’s sporting life, with diversity, togetherness, and development at the core of everything we do. The club fields teams across several age groups within the Skåne Football Association’s league system and has a senior men’s team competing in Division 3 Södra Götaland. Over the years, FBK Balkan has nurtured many players and leaders most notably Zlatan Ibrahimović, who began his journey here before becoming an international icon. We are committed to building a safe and supportive environment that promotes growth both on and off the pitch. By combining sporting ambition with social responsibility, we challenge traditional structures and provide players and leaders with the tools they need for the future in football and in life. Together with the City of Malmö and our local community, we strive to contribute to positive social development and create opportunities for young people to thrive. What we build today brings success tomorrow and that success is something we share together. Our vision is clear: FBK Balkan is a club where football becomes a pathway to community, education, and personal growth.
