FBL and Associates has paired with a revolutionary software technology {ESP} in order to provide the optional law firm support for the subscribing customers of ESP. FBL Associates has staff attorneys in 41 states who are there to represent you in court if needed. On any given day, customers are being sued, garnished, and levied regarding their assets, bank accounts and income. In many cases we only have less than 10 days to find an attorney who can cover any particular client anywhere in the United States. Even though FBL Associates has either a W-2 attorney or an independent contractor attorney in every state in the United States, it still does not mean it is practical for that attorney to cover any particular hearing. Our attorney network currently costs 1.1 million dollars to operate 41 W-2 attorneys with their base compensation. In addition, since January 2010, we have spent over on our independent contractor attorneys. FBL Associates, PC has established a reserve network of 400 attorneys. Currently, FBL Associates, PC has one reserve attorney for each county in 19 states completely covered and counting. Bankruptcy education is also provided by the staff attorney in each state.
