Fc Phoenix

Phoenix is a children’s futsal club from Kharkiv, Ukraine, founded in 2015. The team began as an experimental sports and pedagogical project for children classed as having little sporting talent, who were never selected for the starting squads of the teams that represented their sport schools. These teams made a long journey from the bottoms of all the tables to their dream. In 2019 Phoenix qualified for the final part of the Futsal Championship of Ukraine, where it took fourth place, and earned a name for itself in the national sporting community. In 2020 Phoenix won the Under 14s Cup of Ukraine. In 2021 Phoenix made a 'gold double' for just a month. The team won U16 Cup of Ukraine for the second time in its history and later became U16 Champions of Ukraine. Russian invasion to Ukraine forced most of the teams to stop training process but kids decided to continue trainings. They moved to Western part of Ukraine for revival.
