Our First Mission is to unite families separated by illness and injury and to transport patients to needed medical care away from home. Commercial air ambulance services can not fill the huge need for charity air ambulance work. Our research found only one charity air ambulance service located far from our South East region of the USA. Many families are simply unable to afford a commercial air ambulance service.
