Formed in 2011, fdl began building private housing developments and soon progressed into contracts for the local authority. At fdl we believe that buildings change lives, whether adapting a home to make it wheelchair friendly, a dream new home or shop re-fit, a project done well has an enormous impact on lives and whatever the project, our ethos remains the same. We are committed to delivering projects that run to the agreed programme, on budget and never lose sight of the finer details. 10 years on, fdl run multiple contracts ranging from £100k to over £1m across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcester & the West Midlands with growth achieved from repeat business based on customer feedback.
