Feasibility Plus is an to help people in validating their ideas using feasibility studies. The idea is to develop parameters to assess the practicality of a proposed plan or project in terms of its market, financial and technological feasibility. With Feasibility Plus, I aim to help entrepreneurs, policymakers and product managers validate their ideas before they actually implement it. I believe validating ideas is a time-tested science which when done correctly, can help identify red flags before the business or the initiative runs into losses or faces severe bottlenecks. A survey suggests that 95-97 per cent of new ventures and products fail. Therefore, I advise my clients to get their idea validated before making it public or investing capital into it.
