Since being sent off each morning with a bag of vegetables for her school lunches, Sally has embodied a conscious life of health and wellness both physically and mentally. Equip with knowledge and led by her heart centred enthusiasm to share a plant-based and living foods lifestyle with others, Sally's passion is empowering others to flourish through an abundance of whole foods and fresh produce. Sally's plant-based love affair began while becoming a Raw Food Chef through The Seeds of Life in Bali. Sally has also studied Plant-Based Nutrition at T. Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutrition Studies. Sally's unique approach to diet supports people to improve their health simply, sustainably and bit(e) by bit(e), through a plant-based whole foods lifestyle, mindful eating and conscious consuming. Fed for Wellness provides dynamic interactive plant-based cooking workshops on how to prepare plant-based meals and treats, that are both nutritious and delicious! Presentations on mindful eating and conscious consuming principles are also commonly requested by groups and health centres. Fed for Wellness consults to cafes, restaurants and hotels developing plant-based 'wellness menus' to complement existing menus and cater to the growing number of conscious plant-based consumers.
