Federal Financial Services is a privately held company focused on helping Community Banks and the small businesses they serve. Founded three years ago, FFS got its start by offering community banks Checkmarc, a free service for their business customers. Now we have developed into a research and trend-spotting resource for community banks. Dr. Bill Chapman, Federal Financial Services CEO, is a retired economics professor and one of the founders of CheckmarcUSA LLC. Throughout his academic career, and today in the successful small business he runs, Bill has always been an advocate for small businesses. As a result of his recent work with community banks, Dr. Chapman discovered that here was another segment in need of an advocate. Not only does the Checkmarc check and ACH recovery program benefit participating community banks, his news sharing service offers free advice and trends to keep community banks alert to opportunities and innovations.
