THE CONCEPT Federgo vzw was created by concerned entrepreneurs for SME-entrepreneurs in order to help them reach the next level in professionalism. MISSION Develop pragmatic tools for a sustainable company allowing :* small businesses owners to optimise the management of their business and to understand the financial resources and cash-flows.* directors of medium and large enterprises to test internationally recognized models with reference to Governance, internal Control and Risk-management. VISION * Become a widely recognized body are related to the professionalism and competence of the governing bodies within SMEs.* Provide a guarantee of confidence to all stakeholders of the company.* Provide a contribution to the decrease in the number of bankruptcies in Belgium.* Strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.* Offering a certification which differentiates GRC-companies from their competition. ORGANISATION FEDERGO The Management Board is composed of seven experienced managers from the busines and operates according to the rules of corporate governance. A committee of independent experts decides on GRC certificate granting based on a comprehensive report of independent auditors.
