Fedezu Group

FedeZu Group is an international developer with headquarters in three European capitals – Warsaw, London and Madrid. Today FedeZu is a group of ten companies that have experience as both general contractor and substitute investor. The dynamically operating Group commenced the implementation of the first projects in 2006. From the beginning of its operations, the Group’s construction investments were distinguished by the use of the best technologies, the highest quality materials and refined architectural designs. When creating projects, we used 15 years of experience gained on the Spanish market, where we implemented projects under the name of De Zuniga Real Estate Group. During this period, we created high-class apartments and commercial buildings that allowed us to develop the highest standards currently used by us on the Polish market.
