Feed Your Sister

Feed Your Sister was founded by Elia Wolberger in 2010. Originally a blog to share adventures in cooking for friends and family, Feed Your Sister expanded when Elia began meal prepping for a local family in 2017, and demand quickly grew by word of mouth. In 2021, Elia launched Prep & Party, a signature co-cooking community that brings people together from across the country for meal prep sessions that are equal parts accountability and fun. Feed Your Sister encompasses private in-home meal prep across the NYC area, Prep & Party, and online coaching and content shared through Instagram. At the core of all of these offerings is this: meal prep is the new fast food. Elia’s goal is to teach people how to save time, spend less money, and find nourishment through meal prep—because if you keep good food in your fridge, you’ll eat good food.
