Optimize company operations to reach Operational Excellence and boost performance and profitability to higher levels. This method is adapted to all kind of companies and to all sectors (industry & services). What I propose- Analyse deeply processes to identify unefficient activities and improvement opportunities- Design Operational Excellence strategy- Train and support to ensure successful and sustainable continuous improvement- Follow and assess results to guarantee measurable savings (productivity and quality). Around 5 pillars- improve operational performance- deploy strategy- improve methods- manage quality- digitalize processus. My activities are consulting & training through two ways of Operational Excellence- Corrective approach (Lean Six Sigma):"solve actual problems"- Preventive approach (APQP):"avoid futur problems". Feelean is registered as a training company at DREETS of Toulouse (France).
