Felicity Holistic Care

Felicity Holistic Care offers flexible, responsive services, to meet the individual needs of people with a disability, older people or those requiring outpatient rehabilitation or attendant care. Our mission is to ensure our clients are empowered to live the life they want, feel safe, live independently in their own home, and are active members of the community. We assist NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, Private, and Direct Registration clients, in working towards their goals and daily living activities. Our team of Residential Care, Community Care and Allied Health professionals are trustworthy, reliable, and respectful, offering friendly, personalised care and support services. We support more than 400 individuals and employ over 300 staff members. Felicity Holistic Care can provide short term services, through to 24 hour support, every day. Clients can select any or all of our support services which include, support coordination, supported independent living, plan management, respite care, community participation, assistance with daily personal activities, community nursing care, assistance with travel and independent living. Additionally, we offer a range of allied health services including Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Occupational Therapy. Felicity Holistic Care currently provides services throughout the Greater Geelong region, Western Melbourne, Inner West and Inner North Melbourne. Additionally, Supported Independent Living services are provided in regional Victoria including: Ballarat, Seymour and Shepparton. Offices are located in Werribee (Head office) and Geelong, alongside two Allied Health clinics in Hoppers Crossing. Felicity Holistic Care is proud to be a registered NDIS and TAC/WorkSafe registered provider.
