Fenizia Design

Ten years as a visual consultant and designer for prestigious Brands in Italian and International fashion (Valentino · Fendi · Dolce e Gabbana · Chanel · Kenzo). Gianfranco Fenizia, architect and interior designer, graduate of IUAV in Venice, initiated the Fenizia Design Studio in 1998. In the years 90-95, the name Fenizia was inseparable from via Crema, a fusion of shop and art gallery, where unique pieces, exclusive and sought-after, were offered in a space that anticipated the “conceptstore”. The imposing feature of the Studio Fenizia’s work in these years, is the result of a continuous research and experimentations, an amalgamation between fashion and design, continuous overlay of seemingly contrasting styles. For each type of project (windows · stands · events · retail shops) from the small minimalistic space to major locations, Studio Fenizia occupies everything from the 3D design to production management, to the Mise En Scene. The plan is developed in all the various phases, facing the client’s diverse needs, even the most complex, and interacting in harmony with the customer. The efficient versatility expresses itself in several types of design, where the guiding motif is the refinement of details. From exhibition and commercial areas, which focus on the product and brand to be communicated, to a light installation with a strong scenographic aspect, to the creation of a concept which makes the selling space become a true “shopping experience”.
