Ferag Solutions

Ferag Solutions is a Swiss-engineered integrator for scalable fulfilment automation designed around one benchmark: the Lowest Cost of Order Fulfillment (CoOF). CoOF measures what it truly costs to process one order end to end across labour, automation, returns, peak overhead, and infrastructure. Most operators optimise parts of this. We design systems around the whole. Our integrated fulfilment solutions combine pouch sorting technology, warehouse execution software (WES/WCS), and end-to-end system design to help leading brands in fashion, retail, beauty and healthcare, and general merchandise achieve the lowest cost per order at scale without sacrificing throughput, flexibility, or resilience. What this means in practice: For operations and supply chain leaders: systems that absorb seasonal volume spikes without proportional cost increases, reduce returns handling cost, and serve e-commerce, B2B, and store replenishment from a single unified flow. For investment decision-makers: a structured CoOF framework and independent ROI methodology that makes automation investment defensible before you commit and measurable after. Proven at scale.
