Fern produces technically challenging plastic injection mouldings up to 2.2Kg in all thermoplastics including engineering and high performance grades such as ABS/PC, PET/PBT, PS/PES, polyimide and modified PTFEs. Offering end to end project management solution from concept design through prototype to production featuring CAD design, fully equipped in-house tool room with CAD-CAM and long established reliable relationships with low cost tool-makers in China. We are injection moulders to heating and plumbing, domestic appliance, electrical and electronics, hydraulic and pneumatics, automotive, medical and defence sectors in the UK and Europe. Value added services include gas injection, assembly, laser-marking, printing, metallic finishes through painting and chrome plating with JIT and Kanban delivery systems.
