Regenerative agriculture for us is very simple. It’s about promoting a healthy ecosystem to produce healthy animals that enable healthy humans and ultimately a healthy planet. Much of regenerative agriculture is not new. In fact, most aspects are simply a modernisation of the ancient wisdom that has been applied on mixed farms for hundreds or even thousands of years. We produce high-quality pastured pork and grass-fed beef nutritiously dense and full of flavour and available across selected locations in NSW.
