24 x Championship winners, empowering #WomeninMotorsport | 2025 Drives Available FernGP’s mission is driven by accuracy and passion that opens doors and overcomes boundaries that lead to achieving success. Our goal is to race internationally, to be the entry point for the future of female racing. We work as one to become the most professional, diverse and effective team in the paddocks. We aspire to create a lasting legacy in Motorsport, creating the first all-female racing team. Beginning with single seaters, we have created a ‘driver programme’ to allow women to climb the motorsport ladder beginning with karting, moving to Formula Fords and further to F3. Effectively, we will be a feeder series to higher formulas. Gender diversity in Motorsport is already being talked about, though there is still a lot that needs to be done. FernGP will provide the next public-facing female role models to show all young girls that this is something that is possible from any background. By 2024 we will have created our sister team, FernGP The Female Side, an all female racing team. Future partnerships will allow us to continue developing inexperienced female motorsport enthusiasts into highly trained, skilled personnel and drivers.
