Móðurfélagið Festi á dótturfélögin Krónuna sem rekur samnefndar matvöruverslanir, N1 sem rekur þjónustustöðvar eldsneytis- og rafmagnssölu og ýmsa þjónustu tengda smur- og bifreiðaþjónustu, ELKO sem er stærsta raftækjaverslun landsins, Lyfja sem er ein stærsta keðja apóteka á landinu og rekur 45 staðsetningar um land allt, Yrkir sem á og rekur fasteignir samstæðunnar og Bakkann vöruhótel sem sérhæfir sig í vöruhúsaþjónustu og dreifingu.
