Elmec Sport Greece, currently part of Folli Follie Group, has started its collaboration with Nike in 1978, as its first distributor in Europe. In light of the strong partnership, Nike trusted the company’s development and offered the territories of Romania and Bulgaria. FF Group Bulgaria EOOD is a trade company established in 1997 and it functions as a NIKE official representative in the country. In Spring 2002 the first NIKE Only Store in Sofia opened. During 2005 Elmec Sport Ltd. acquires the exclusive rights for representation of the legendary Converse products. As an exclusive representative during 2009 Elmec launch on Bulgarian market the Australian brand UGG’s original products. In the spring of 2011 Elmec Sport opened a boutique in the U.S. fashion brand Juicy Couture. In 2013, the company launched 2 completely new to the Bulgarian market fashion retail stores: the Greek jewelry, watches & fashion accessories boutique Folli Follie and the multi-brand store Collective offering latest fashion trends in a unique stylish way that drives to the alternative luxury. In 2013 the company was renamed to FF Group Bulgaria EOOD. Nowadays FF Group Bulgaria belongs to Folli Follie International Group. Since 2020, the company operates mainly in the fashion sector, and has further developed its Collective concept with the introduction of an online shop, as well as the opening of 2 new stores in Sofia. The group also became the exclusive distribution partner of Diesel in Bulgaria, and acquired 2 monobrand stores in the country's capital. In 2021, FF Group Bulgaria further expanded its portfolio to include new brands, and opened the 1st in Europe monobrand stores for Kendall+Kylie and Beverly Hills Polo Club, part of the general franchise agreement of the group. The group plans on further expanding its growth with the opening of new stores. FF Group also acquired the successful Italian home decoration brand Coincasa, present on the market with one monobrand store.
