FG Lawyers is a boutique law firm based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, founded by experienced lawyers stemming from one of the biggest Dutch independent law firms. We offer unique advisory services, firmly nourishing on our corporate roots but also constantly addressing issues that require an out of the box mindset. We do not see ourselves as one-trick ponies. Our firm covers a broad range of corporate and financial regulatory law; which makes us rather unique. We assist financial undertakings as well as FinTech companies in qualifying their contemplated business, products or services under the existing regulatory framework. Naturally, we also assist our clients in the subsequent processes with the Dutch financial regulators in relation to scope requests, regulatory sandbox admission requests (to the extent available), registrations, license applications and other ways of enabling our clients to launch its business in the Netherlands in accordance with the regulatory laws and regulations.
