FG Personal Training was founded in 2015 by Freddie Grice with the intent on becoming one of the best professional fitness service providers in Norfolk. Since then it has grown from a freelance, one-man team – to the studio you see today. Freddie is now supported by a team of professional trainers, who each take pride and passion into the work they undertake with every single one of their clients. Each trainer has followed a different path, but now this team of like-minded individuals are dedicated to you – as part of Team FG.
