It relies on in-house R&D, its scientific knowledge of nails and close proximity to consumers, thanks to its own test panel of 800 contacts. Founded in 1977 by Pierre Miasnik, FIABILA is headed by Filippo Manucci, its Chairman and CEO since March 2024. The company employs over 500 people, including 55 dedicated to R&D worldwide, in 10 factories in 6 countries: France, Poland, India, Japan, USA and Brazil.
