Fiamma 41 opened it's doors in October of 2013. Though the restaurant is very young, the recipes are not. Mama Maria, whose recipes are the inspiration for Fiamma 41's food program, was born in Matera, Italy, where she learned how to prepare only the most authentically decadent Italian cuisine from her mother. Mama Maria's flare for only the highest quality Italian food has since been passed on to her children, who decided to open Fiamma 41 using her recipes as the cornerstone.
