Fibon Berhad is a public listed corporation in the Main Board of the Malaysian Bursa Stock Exchange. The Fibon Group has five wholly owned subsidiary companies under the holding company, Fibon Berhad. Fibon UK Limited is the technology center for the research and development of electrical equipments including the patented and patent pending products such as Fibon LogiCube Explosion Proof Switchboard System and the formulation of advanced polymer matrix composites. Hexa Analisa Sdn Bhd is the main manufacturing hub for the Fibon Group. It has its sales activities concentrating in the South East Asia region, providing sales of electrical insulation materials, electrical enclosures, meter boards and other related products in electrical switchboard industry. Fibon Australia Pty Ltd contributes to the Group as a regional fabrication and distribution center as well as service provider of the Group's products in the Australia and New Zealand region. Fibon Electric (M) Sdn Bhd is the manufacturer and system provider of the Fibon LogiCube system and electrical equipments. As the Electrical Switchboard System Provider and Licensor of the fully integrated Fibon LogiCube system, Fibon Electric offers to the Fibon Technology Partners worldwide a range of fully Type Tested Explosion Proof Switchboard systems ranging from 200A to tested at ASTA accredited laboratories and complying with stringent international standards such as IEC60439 and IEC61439. Fibon Capital Sdn Bhd is the financial and investment arm of the Group in the domestic and oversea market. The financial services provided include financial advisory service, factoring, equipment leasing, business growth fund and capital investment both in the private and government sectors. It provides the Group with the opportunity to diversify into related businesses, acquisition of potential businesses and creation of smart business partnerships.
