I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and a fibro sufferer. I have been helping fellow fibro and CFS suffers to function better and live with more energy and less pain for more than 20 years. I know that no one treatment is right for everyone with Fibromyalgia, and that many well-meaning and intelligent physicians do not understand how to relieve the suffering of patients like you and me. Over my years of practice I have developed a multimodal approach, integrating CBT with medications, nutrition, movement and other treatments to help people like us engage more fully with their lives. I live symptom-free most of the time, and I believe you can too.
