Fickett Structural Solutions, Inc. provides structural engineering, inspection, nondestructive testing (NDT), and quality assurance (QA) services, as well as technical training. Since 2001, we’ve partnered with Federal, State, and Local agencies in the A/E/C Industry to help ensure the safety and quality of their infrastructure. Headquartered in Middleton, WI, we also have regional offices in Milwaukee, WI, Tumwater, WA, Portland, OR, and Nashville TN. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY Working with architects, engineers, and contractors, our expertise involves design, inspection, and testing of horizontal and vertical structures. Our work ranges from large civil infrastructure projects, such as bridges, culverts, and hydraulic steel structures, to major commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, parking structures, stadiums, and arenas, to ancillary support structures for lighting and signage. We are involved in bridge construction oversight through independent technical reviews of design and fabrication drawings, as well as field inspections, analysis, and consultation on welded and high-strength bolted connections. ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE We’re committed to improving ourselves, our services, and our communities. Our experienced team of professional engineers (PE), inspectors, and certified weld inspectors (CWIs) offer comprehensive and appropriate services to enhance structural performance, from fabrication to construction and throughout the life of the structure. We have an extensive rope access program governed by the Society of Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT). We travel nationwide to some of the most complex and iconic bridges, ensuring the highest standards of safety and integrity in every project.
