We work closely with a long-established and influential British Family Trust that has been heavily involved in the London property market for the last 25 years. The driven, proactive and highly-skilled approach of the Field Day team, combined with the experience, credibility and security of a high-net-worth trust has helped build a successful partnership. We also continue to establish relationships with long-term private and institutional investors in the property market. Dorset House Estate - An art-deco style “island site” building in Marylebone. 20 commercial units at ground with a residential mansion block above. The Circle Estate - A substantial mixed-use estate designed by award winning architect Piers Gough, situated in Shad Thames close to Tower Bridge. 16 commercial units at ground providing retail, offices, car park, a café and a spa, and 299 residential apartments above.
