Field Recruitment is a bespoke recruitment and consulting firm based in New York. Founded by Ines de Seroux and Megan ODell, Field is built on over 30 years of combined experience in the arts industry. Over the course of their careers, Ines and Megan have held roles in sales and operations respectively, spanning from internships to senior management positions at internationally-renowned galleries and auction houses, including Gagosian, Pace London, Skarstedt, and Sotheby’s. Prior to founding Field, Ines and Megan each ran successful, independent businesses - Ines as a private advisor and dealer and Megan as an operations and management consultant.
