FieldComm Group is a global standards-based organization of leading end users, manufacturers, universities, and research organizations collaborating to develop, incorporate, and implement new and overlapping technologies. As the source for FDI and FDT technologies, FieldComm Group’s mission is to develop, manage, and promote a unified device integration and management solution with on-site, mobile, and cloud-based systems. The organization provides services for standards conformance and implementation of industrial automation devices and systems, enhancing reliability and multi-vendor interoperability. FieldComm Group leads the development of a unified information model for industrial field instrumentation, building on industry investments in HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus standards. Membership is open to all interested in utilizing these technologies to advance industrial automation.
