We are pioneering a New England kombucha style: softer, lighter, more flavorful than west coast kombucha. New England kombucha is naturally effervescent, subtly acidic, and boasts fully bodied flavor from using whole fruits and herbs. Our brewery produces 15 different flavors, rotating year round to showcase the best of what's in season. Favorite flavors include: Farm Dreams (ginger lime), Garden Blush (strawberry rhubarb), Baby Bandit (blueberry raspberry, Thyme), Bog Witch (cranberry rosemary), and Winter Warmer (chai spice).
