Since 2009, we’ve supported marginalised young people and adults to overcome barriers, build confidence, and unlock their potential—through boxing, martial arts, multi-sports, and fitness. We are proudly trauma-informed and neurodiversity-inclusive. We understand that all brains work differently and all forms of communication count. This ethos is embedded into every programme we deliver, shaping our theory of change and guiding how we support, mentor, and progress each young person. Our methodology is rooted in lived experience and backed by a robust evaluation framework. We use sport not just as an activity—but as a catalyst for transformation.
