Conflict Resiliency: Using the Deepen Orient Transform (DOT) Model developed by Dr. Ruth Diaz, we offer tools and strategies to understand and navigate conflicts through emotions and archetypes, enhancing emotional literacy and community resilience. The Troll Project: This initiative aims to understand and address trolling behaviors in digital spaces. By interviewing individuals affected by trolling, we develop solutions to enhance community resilience and empathy, including roundtable discussions and interventions. Educational and Professional Development: We provide coaching, consulting, and support for leaders dealing with transitions and conflict, integrating transformative justice principles into leadership and community management. Interactive Technology and XR Solutions: We use extended reality (XR) technologies to create equitable future pathways, collaborating with professionals to build solutions that address social challenges and enhance digital inclusion.
