Initié par SEM le Président Andry Rajoelina, le projet Fihariana est un programme national de l’État qui a pour principal objectif de donner à la fois un appui « technique » et « financier » aux Malagasy désireux d’entreprendre. Ils peuvent désormais se lancer dans l’entrepreneuriat et emprunter entre 200 Ariary et 200 millions d’Ariary au Programme pour financer leur projet.
