It is unique in its heritage and ritual as an integral part of the daily culinary experience, with a recipe typically passed down through generations. As three Palestinian co-founders, our story is no different. Each of us grew up with salt, pepper, and shatta on the kitchen table. What distinguishes us is not only the mouth-watering flavour of our shatta but also the adaptation of shatta to a global context while remaining true to the cultural journey it represents.
