Both the founders of the company have worked in the cleaning service sector for a number of years, for various companies and agencies and found that different companies work to different standards, with different equipment and cleaning products, so had very different ideas of what a good job or level of service was; they got together and decided that they would combine forces to provide a service that would provide an exceptional clean, fantastic service and an unbeatable overall customer experience – hence FILC was born. That was the easy part; the difficult part was to define this and design a system that was truly innovative and unique within the cleaning sector.
