The lack of affordable housing effects every resident of San Francisco. As the housing becomes less and less affordable, our city becomes less and less diverse. Wealthy people find homes, some of the very poor find subsidized housing, but most everyone else gets squeezed out. With local government budgets under more pressure now than ever before, San Francisco needs every creative solution it can get for increasing affordable housing in the city. See for more information.
